Meet Recap

It was a great performance by the PCMS 7th grade boys at the Indy Invitational on Thursday. They took 2nd place, scoring 153 points and losing only to Chanute Middle School by 1 point.

Top three performances include: Grant Roelfs-2nd 100m dash; Cooper Hayden- 1st 400m dash, 3rd discus, 3rd high jump; Bryan Rueda- 3rd 400m dash; Cameron Jefferson- 2nd 1600m run; Austin McKechnie- 3rd 1600m run; Koby Kidd- 1st shot put; Christopher Nickelson- 2nd shot put; Tyler Sutton- 2nd discus.

The 4x400m relay took 1st place (Hayden, Cosens, Glaser, Jefferson) and the 4x200m relay (Sullivan, Roelfs, Benson, Jefferson) and the 4×100 relay ( Sullivan, Rueda, Benson, Roelfs) both took 2nd place.

The PCMS 7th grade girls also took 2nd place at the Indy Invitational on Thursday, scoring 149 points and losing only to Independence Middle School by 4 points.

Top three performances include: Rachael White- 2nd 100m dash, 1st 100m hurdles; Caroline Haake- 200m dash; Kiersten Deierling- 1st 800m run, 1st- 1600m run; Molly Garzone- 3rd 100m hurdles; Kiley Mussa- 1st long jump, 3rd high jump; Shayla Estrade- 3rd shot put, 1st discus; Elle Slaughter- 3rd discus.

The 4x100m relay ( Garzone, Haake, Mussa, White) took 2nd place and the 4x200m relay (Lewis, Ross, Shriver, Mussa) was 3rd.
